The documentary by Spurlock about McDonald's was both interesting and disturbing. It got the point across that America is not a healthy country and McDonald's isn't helping. It also showed that people are making bad choices themselves and they can't completely blame McDolnald's or others when they become obese or have health issues.
The McDonald's food Spurlock was eating and the amount of it that he was eating completely ruined his health. He had been perfectly healthy before he began eating only McDonnald's everyday for a month.
The movie showed that people in America eat way too much unhealthy food, don't exercise enough, and blame others for their problems. Fast food may be convenient when you're in a rush, but it's not worth it in the long run.

don't forget that the doctors told him his life was in danger, and that he shouldn't attempt the completion of the 30-day experiment!
also, i just got back from chicago a few minutes ago. i took some pictures of this awesome mcdonalds! i was so excited (not about the food of course). it was so big and fancy for a fast food place. on our way out of the city i stopped and took some pictures. i'm going to load them over break- i haven't the time this week.
fun fact: it took me 5 minutes just to walk to the sidewalk from the car it was so icy!
